Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. To cancel your order, simply send an email to support@apira.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. If you cancel a Prepaid International order, a 5% exchange fee will be deducted from the total order value, with the remaining balance refunded to your original account.
  3. Orders that have been dispatched from our warehouse cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  4. In rare instances where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability for over 30 working days, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method, and we will notify you via email.
  5. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be altered; it can only be canceled. To request a cancellation, email us at support@apira.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Rejection at Final Destination

  1. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct details for delivery while placing the order and to be available at the delivery location to ensure a hassle free delivery.
  2. If an order is rejected during delivery, it will be canceled upon return to our warehouse.
  3. For prepaid domestic orders, a refund will be initiated after deducting Rs 150 as courier charges and Rs 150 as restocking fee, with the balance refunded to the same payment instrument within 7-10 business days.
  4. COD orders will also incur above mentioned costs, with Reward points deducted from the customer's account.

 

Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged or different product received by the customer when notified within three days of delivery.
  2. Please contact us at support@apira.in within 72 hours of delivery to initiate the return process with supporting video.
  3. It is advised to record a package opening video to support your claim without which we wont be able to accept your claim.
  4. If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup, and upon inspection at warehouse, we will process your replacement/refund at no additional cost.
  5. Damages resulting from negligence or incorrect application are not covered under the Returns Policy.
  6. Although we only use natural ingredients in our formulation, we cannot process exchanges or returns for allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance, or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary due to environmental and soil conditions.)
  7. We strongly recommend checking the ingredients list for known allergies and performing a patch test before use to detect any unknown allergies.
