Shipping policy
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Mumbai. We have established partnerships with reputable logistics providers to ensure swift deliveries.
Order Processing
- As we prepare all our product in small fresh batches, It takes us 2-3 working days to dispatch your order.
- In a rare scenario, if there is any delay in dispatching your order due to unforeseen situations such as rain, strike, flood etc or disruption from the courier partner's end, we will notify you accordingly.
Domestic Shipping:
- Typically, deliveries across India take between 2 to 7 business days. Occasionally, during festive seasons or due to external factors like natural disasters, there may be slight delays.
- All orders will be assigned a unique tracking number and the same will be notified to the customer via email/sms.
- Our delivery schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. However, you can cancel your COD or PREPAID order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to support@apira.in.
- In the event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us at support@apira.in within 3 working days of receiving the package.
International Shipping:
- Typically, deliveries across India take between 15 to 45 business days. Occasionally, during festive seasons or due to external factors like natural disasters, there may be slight delays.
- All orders will be assigned a unique tracking number and the same will be notified to the customer via email/sms.
- Our delivery schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
