Yes. A few good washes with soap and warm water will take the greasiness of the oils normally away. Dry it well and the jar would be ready for the next use.

Can this Foot Soak be used as bath Salt?

Yes, it can be used as a bath salt. 4-5 spoons of the salt shall suffice for an entire bath tub. Don't use Epsom salts in a hot jacuzzi tub, whirlpool, or other tub with jets unless the manufacturer says it's OK.
